Crystal Palace striker CLINTON MORRISON has pleaded with Neil Warnock not to flog him in the January sales.
Warnock is planning wholesale changes when the transfer window reopens on New Year's Day, when a host of Palace underachievers face the axe.
It is a safe bet Warnock will bring in at least one striker, with Forest Green's Stuart Fleetwood reportedly his top target, and that would leave a frontman in danger of being sold.
But MORRISON is desperate to stay at Selhurst Park and admitted that is driving him to prove his critics wrong.
"A few players will be going," said MORRISON in the Daily Mail. "I just want to be one of those staying.
"I've got a lot to prove to those fans who don't think I should play and to the manager."
